Music is good, service is good, drink is great. Hard luck on the machines, but still had a fun time!
We had our Christmas/holiday party at the Bungalow, which is where private parties are held. The Bungalow was nicely decorated, the food was fresh and delicious, the bartender concocted delicious drinks for some of us. Overall it was a great venue for a small party of 30. The price is affordable as well.
I've been coming to Born & Raised for a while now, and while the vibe has changed, the staff is still the main reason I keep showing up. Vanessa, Katona (on swing), and Shelby (on days) are all awesome. They're super friendly, on top of everything, and make you feel right at home. Josh and Brooke are hilarious--seriously, they'll have you laughing the whole time. They're great to chat with and really make the experience fun. That said, the bar itself has slipped a bit. They're often out of stock on popular items, which gets annoying, and they've taken a lot of fan favorites off the menu. Plus, there aren't really any fun promos or events to bring the energy back. It used to feel lively and exciting here, but now it's kind of lost that spark--not because of the staff (they're amazing) but maybe because of some management decisions. If they could bring back some of the old menu favorites, keep the bar stocked, and add some promos or events, this place could easily be five stars again. For now, the staff makes it worth going, but the bar as a whole definitely needs some love.
I absolutely love Born and Raised! Shelby, Katona, and Maddie are the most accommodating and loving bartenders I have ever come across in the Vegas valley. They're always so attentive and so sweet. I come here specifically for those 3. Hats off to them!!! If anyone ever looking for a good time, look for those 3 girls!
I love when food hits just right, and this fun little spot is just the ticket! We came for a late night bite after an event, and sat ourselves right away. We were a little unsure if we were supposed to do that, as we didn't see any servers for the first few minutes, but then our server Brooke greeted us warmly and made sure we felt taken care of right away. She was funny and friendly, and really matched the chill energy of the place. The food was so tasty! The onion rings were crispy and hot, and the chicken on the sandwich was juicy (maybe a little too juicy, as the bottom bun was a bit soggy, but that didn't deter from the flavor). Their fried brussel sprouts were the absolute standout hit of the whole meal-WOW. So much yum in one meal; I'm excited to go back to try more of the menu!
Dope place to grab a beer and eat in the SW area. There are plenty of TVs and comfy seating so it makes it a good spot to watch sports and just chill. GO KNIGHTS GO! The food is bomb! Definitely recommend getting the Skirt Steak Poutine or Nachos, they always hit the spot. They keep good beers on draft and pretty quick with service, even though it gets busy whenever the Knights play. It's lit!
